IT Recruitment Consultant

Annual Salary 85-90k + Recruitment Bonuses

As a Talent Street Recruitment Consultant, you have the ownership to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates in the IT realm.   • Deliver top quality recruitment solutions to our customers (clients & candidates).

  • Demonstrated wealth of experience & knowledge within IT recruitment.

Tasks and duties:
  • Relationship development activities including, proactive calling & face to face relationship building.
  • Providing market knowledge and advice to clients and candidates.
  • Organising and attending regular customer events / meetings.
  • Maintaining market and commercial awareness through research and awareness.
  • Sourcing, screening and presenting suitably skilled candidates matching client requirements.
  • Facilitating candidate placements.
  • Providing post placement support to candidates and clients.
  • Maintain the Talent Street recruitment system and data integrity in an efficient and timely manner, ensuring all relevant information is entered into the system.
Skills required:
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience within IT recruitment.
  • Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
  • Excellent organisational skills, along with a can-do attitude.
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive and handle uncertainty.
  • Proven ability to deal with confidential information with discretion.
