Role Overview

As a Sr/Principal Consultant, you'll own your desk—managing client relationships and candidate pipelines across your specialist vertical. You'll thrive in an end-to-end staffing or IT consulting environment, valuing autonomy and high growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full recruitment process: business development, account management, sourcing, placement, and post-placement care.
  • Drive client acquisition strategies to expand the customer base and penetrate new markets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure long-term engagement and satisfaction.
  • Lead customer success initiatives to enhance client retention and maximize value delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue strategic account growth opportunities.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Build and nurture a high-quality candidate network through strategic sourcing, networking, and referrals.
  • Achieve personal and team KPIs, including revenue, activity, and pipeline goals.
  • Collaborate with your team to foster a high-performance, values-driven culture.
  • Contribute to business strategy, including market mapping, competitor analysis, and growth planning.
