Responsibilities

you will:

  • Partner with clients to understand their business
    and talent needs.
  • Engage in business development activities to expand
    your client portfolio.
  • Source, interview, and support candidates through
    the recruitment process.
  • Develop your expertise in recruitment and talent
    management.
  • Work to achieve clear performance goals with
    structured career progression.

Your Profile

Ideally, we are
seeking someone who is:

  • Ambitious, professional, and motivated individuals
    eager to succeed.
  • Confidence in communication, with the ability to
    build strong relationships.
  • Resilience and determination in a fast-paced
    environment.
  • Ideally, experience in sales, customer service, or
    outbound calls – but not essential.

    and problem-solving.
