Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Profusion Team with a focus on full 360 degree recruitment.

You will have access to a fantastic network of Tier 1 Financial Services clients where we have long standing PSA Relationships.

Responsibilities

• Client and Candidate Development
• Business Development across an existing network of clients, along with new clients
• Source new candidates using appropriate sourcing strategies (e.g. headhunting, advertising, networking, referrals, etc.)
• Telephone screening and interviewing candidates face to face
• Identifying shortlists for roles
• Maintaining Database Records and folders
• Relationship management and development of existing client relationships, many of whom are the leading Financial Services companies within Australia.
• Building up a deep and versatile pool of candidates to meet client requirements
• Match candidates to roles accurately and manage recruitment processes effectively with excellent levels of customer service
• Manage workflow and prioritise effectively

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2 years experience within Recruitment (Financial Services advantageous)
• Excellent command of the English language, with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong emotional intelligence, positive attitude and self-driven
• Established track record of success in terms of revenue billed and client satisfaction
• An accomplished Business Developer and Relationship Manager
• A recruiter who is most comfortable in a collaborative and team-orientated environment and prepared to support others
