Do you have a passion for exceptional customer service and a love for coffee that rivals your excitement for the holiday season? This year, we're looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Chermside Boutique as Festive Christmas Casual Sales Assistants. 

At Nespresso, we don't just sell coffee—we create moments. As part of our boutique team, you will help customers discover the joy of Nespresso during the busiest and most exciting time of the year.

To be considered for a Festive Casual role, you will need to be available to work from October 2025 to mid-January 2026, including public holidays.  

As a Festive Season Casual, you will: 

Deliver memorable customer service that shines our Nespresso brand and values 

Sharing your coffee knowledge and passion with customers and Nespresso Club Members 

Achieving personal and team goals by promoting our premium products and services 

Creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere that makes every visit memorable 

Bring Your Passion & Experience, We'll Bring the Coffee: 

Must be available from October 2025 to mid-January 2026, including public holidays 

Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service 

Thrive in fast-paced environments with a customer-first mindset 

Passionate about coffee and love connecting with people 

Bring a positive attitude, reliability, and a collaborative team spirit
