We're looking for an
Insurance Service Specialist
to join our growing Client Services team — someone who's detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about delivering exceptional service to our clients and advisers.

If insurance isn't quite your thing, we also have exciting opportunities available within our broader Client Services team as a Client Services Officer, supporting financial advisers with client administration and superannuation-related tasks.

Your mission

  • Managing insurance applications, underwriting, policy changes, and premium issues.
  • Liaising with insurers to submit accurate documentation and negotiate favourable terms.
  • Ensuring clients have continuous coverage and understand their policy details.
  • Providing expert guidance to clients and planners on insurance matters.
  • Maintaining compliant, up-to-date records and staying on top of industry changes.
  • Acting as the go-to for all insurance queries via email and CRM.

What you'll bring

  • Relevant qualifications in financial services or insurance (e.g. RG146, Diploma of Financial Planning)
  • Experience in insurance underwriting, policy management, or similar
  • Solid knowledge of insurance products, underwriting, and compliance
  • Confident using CRM systems and insurance platforms
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Outlook
  • Sharp attention to detail and documentation accuracy
  • Clear and confident communication, both written and verbal
  • Strong relationship-building with clients, insurers, and colleagues
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced role
  • Excellent time management to meet deadlines and exceed expectations
