About the Role: 

Our client is seeking an experienced Chinese-speaking Property Lawyer to join their thriving Brisbane practice. You will take ownership of a varied property portfolio involving commercial and residential transactions, leasing, off-the-plan developments, foreign investment matters, and more.

You'll work directly with prominent Chinese investors, business operators, and multinational groups – providing strategic, language-appropriate legal advice. Your fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese will play a key role in building trust and facilitating smooth, effective communication.

Key Requirements:

• Admitted solicitor in Queensland
• Minimum of 4 years' post-admission experience in Property Law (private practice experience needed)
• Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese (both highly desirable)
• Strong background in conveyancing, leasing, and property development
• Skilled in drafting contracts and conducting negotiations
• Proven ability to manage diverse client relationships with cultural sensitivity
• Meticulous attention to detail and ethical professionalism
