About the Role
As Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management, maintenance, and compliance of a diverse commercial portfolio. You will play a vital role in ensuring assets are presented to the highest standard, tenants are supported, and owners are confident in the value of their investments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing repairs, maintenance, and service contracts
- Ensuring compliance with statutory and safety requirements
- Managing contractors and service providers

About You

- Experienced in Facilities Management across commercial assets (2+ years ideal)
