We're 
The Oodie
, the Aussie born comfort brand taking the world by storm. We make people ridiculously happy and unapologetically cosy, and we're looking for a Head of Brand to lead our global creative vision. This role reports to the CEO and sits on our leadership team – the Cloud Crew.

This isn't your average "brand manager" gig. You'll be the guardian of The Oodie's DNA, shaping how our 
Oodie
 fans see, feel, and fall in love with our brand every day.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Championing and protecting 
    The Oodie
     brand identity, making sure everything we create feels unmistakably "
    Oodie
    ."
  • Dreaming up bold, scroll-stopping ideas that grab attention and spark joy across campaigns, socials, and promos.
  • Leading and mentoring our talented brand team
    to deliver best in class storytelling.
  • Through the team, oversee photoshoots, content production, and creative direction from concept through to final cut.
  • Collaborating closely with the broader team on our brand, especially Performance Marketing, Product, and eComm to align creative magic with commercial impact.
  • Be a part of our Charity & Community team to give back and make a difference.
  • Keep a close eye on brand and content performance metrics to evolve strategy and stay ahead of the trends.
  • Craft a cohesive and resonant brand messaging framework that effectively communicates the brand's unique value proposition to various target audiences.
  • Bring together strategy, creativity, and insights to translate bold brand plans into brilliant executions that beat the competition.
  • Work closely with the CEO and Cloud Crew to drive cross functional collaboration, innovation, and business growth.
  • Shape and strengthen our digital presence, leading 
    The Oodie's
     always-on social and
    content strategy to stand out in a busy world.
  • Manage creative output cost effectively, balancing quality with efficiency to create the 
    right
     amount of high impact content.
  • Oversee the Creative Team ensuring that the vision upstream flows through and is delivered in its entirety to our customers with a rigorous sign off process internally and review process to understand wins and opportunities.

Who You Are

  • A brand leader with experience in eCommerce or lifestyle consumer brands (fashion, DTC, retail would be a plus).
  • A storyteller who knows how to blend data with creativity, logic with magic.
  • Skilled in digital, social, influencer, and creative direction, and never afraid to jump on a trend.
  • You know what makes communities tick and how to turn followers into fans.
  • You inspire teams, champion great ideas, and foster a culture of collaboration and creativity.
  • Several years' experience in brand, creative, or content leadership within eCommerce or lifestyle consumer brands.
  • Proficient with , Figma, Microsoft and other creative or AI Platforms.
  • Have a strong commercial mindset.
