Reporting to the Head of Member Experience & Marketing, the Head of Brand & Growth Marketing is responsible for leading the teams that develop and deliver all brand and acquisition marketing activity, ensuring all activity is cohesive, impactful, and delivers on the Brand promise.

**Key duties include but are not limited to**:

- In conjunction with the Head of Engagement & Comms and the Head of Marketing Services, this role will lead development and implementation of a holistic marketing and communications program to support the Fund’s brand and growth objectives.
- Ensure opportunities for leverage and integration are identified across the department (integrated strategic plan across teams).
- Motivate and inspire a diverse team of industry professionals by demonstrating commitment to the Fund’s values, decision pillars and leadership principles.
- Build and maintain relationships with external providers to achieve the best outcomes for members in a cost-effective way that aligns to the core member offer proposition.
- Ensure our Members First ethos is consistently and firmly embedded across the team.
- Build and develop a high performing, diverse and engaged team of industry professionals who are committed to the successful delivery of the Fund’s strategic ambitions, with a particular focus on the delivery of brand and acquisition activity, while fostering innovation and resilience in a changing industry.
- Contribute both functional expertise and broader leadership and business management ideas, skills, and experience as part of cross-Fund initiatives.Demonstrate an understanding of the key Fund stakeholders, including the Board, sub-committees, and regulators, delivering outcomes that meet their expectations with appropriate quality, cost and risk profile.

**What you’ll need**
- Ability to translate member needs and preferences, regulatory requirements and the Fund’s strategic ambitions to workable and measurable solutions with a member-centric lens.
- An ability to negotiate and finalise outcomes with a range of stakeholders, both internal and external, to cocreate and deliver outcomes.
- Results-oriented, with highly developed analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills.Strong budget management skills, strategic thinking and business acumen.
