MyoActive Sports Medicine is growing and we're on the hunt for a full-time Patient Care Coordinator to join our multidisciplinary allied health and gym facility.

You'll be the first friendly face our patients see and the key connection between our practitioners and clients. If you have a background in admin, customer service, or medical reception and you love creating exceptional client experiences, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

We're looking for someone who enjoys life, loves people, and thrives on staying organised. As our Patient Care Coordinator, you'll be responsible for:

  • Welcoming patients with warmth and professionalism
  • Managing appointments, phone calls, and payments
  • Communicating the value of our services clearly and confidently
  • Handling enquiries and conversations about treatment costs and health fund payments
  • Supporting our clinical team with day-to-day operations
  • Maintaining an efficient, calm and positive environment at the front desk
  • Assisting with admin tasks, scheduling, invoicing, and patient follow-ups

You'll play a vital role in helping our team deliver world-class care and ensure every patient leaves feeling valued and supported.

You'll Be Perfect For This Role If You:

Have at least 2 years of experience in administration, customer service, or reception (healthcare experience preferred).

Love connecting with people and making them feel at ease

Are confident speaking on the phone

Have excellent attention to detail and time management

Thrive in a busy, team-based environment

Are reliable, adaptable and eager to learn

Can multitask effectively and take initiative without constant supervision
