Contracts Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join a high-end residential development team in Manly. This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in a landmark luxury Class 2 project, working alongside a professional and supportive construction team.
The Role
- Administering head and subcontract agreements
- Preparing, reviewing, and negotiating subcontractor packages
- Managing variations, progress claims, RFI's and contract documentation
- Supporting the Project Manager with commercial and financial reporting
- Ensuring compliance with project and contractual requirements
About You
- 3–5+ years' experience as a CA within construction
- Strong background in Class 2 residential (apartments / multi-res)
- Solid understanding of contract law and construction practices
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced project environment
