About The Role

We seek an experienced Loans & Settlements Administrator with experience is settlements in the financial services industry to join our Settlements & Discharges Team.

Your role will include, but is not limited to
:

  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, brokers and other lenders by providing excellent customer service.
  • Upload loan documentation and data entry within 's CRM.
  • Facilitate the discharge of customer loan accounts.
  • Facilitate the consents to second mortgages or subdivision & loan variation requests.
  • Produce loan statements and account information for Funding Customers.
  • Provide first class service to our brokers, solicitors and customers

What Are We Looking For?

  • At least 1 year's recent experience in Mortgages or Financial Services
  • The ability to provide outstanding service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated professional communication skills.
  • A person who enjoys processes and maximising procedural efficiencies; and
  • Positive, happy attitude and team player.
