What Will You Be Doing?

  • Managing and handling customer and brokers queries from initial enquiry through to approval of the loan.
  • Credit Analysis on applications up to $15 Mil.
  • Reviewing loan applications and validating information for accuracy as per credit policy.
  • Liaising with external stakeholders regarding applications.
  • Follow-up on outstanding information and supporting documents, valuation reports, settlement instructions and loan contracts from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Inbox and workflow management; and
  • Supporting the wider team.

What Will You Bring?

  • A high attention to detail.
  • Sound practical lending experience.
  • Relationship management experience.
  • Impeccable communication skills and the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • An understanding of credit and loan processing.
  • Proficient with MS suite and capable of learning new systems with ease.
  • Team player - Not afraid to get stuck in and help in other areas of the business when needed.
  • Banking and/or finance industry experience; and
  • Enthusiasm, focus and structure with strong organisational skills.
