JUNIOR LOAN PROCESSOR AND COMPLIANCE ADMINISTRATOR

Due to growth, Jade Finance Australia is seeking a skilled compliance and administration assistant.

This career in Finance Administration is often very fast-paced and you will need to have good organisation, time management, and people skills. You will also have to be able to work under extreme pressure at times and be able to take direction from multiple people to ensure a wide range of daily tasks are completed on time.

Nationwide, Jade Equipment Finance provides finance for motor vehicles, equipment, caravans, marine, and motorbikes. Having access to over 60 different lenders plus hundreds of lending and insurance products, allows Jade to provide very competitive lending solutions to its clients.

Some of the Job Duties involve:

  • Process application paperwork and uploading loan supporting documents.
  • Check that application and loan paperwork meets the exact criteria specified by internal company policy, government legislation, and lender requirements.
  • Answering the telephone when necessary.
  • Preparing statistical reports.
  • Comparing and reconciling financial information from multiple sources.

Requirements:

  • Basic Office Applications Proficiency: Comfortable with Excel, Word, Outlook and Microsoft Teams.
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Collaboration Skills: Outstanding communication, teamwork, organisational, and time-management abilities.
  • Administration/Bookkeeping experience preferred.
  • Previous experience with compliance in the Finance and Banking industry is preferred.

Jade will provide full internal training for this position and arrange external training as and when required.

The standard office hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday, however this role might require some flexibility around those times.
