Are you a hospitality enthusiast with exceptional customer service skills and a team player?

We're seeking a Guest Service Supervisor or Duty Manager to work with the existing team on the daily operations and ensure a seamless guest experience.

As a key player in our team, you'll handle guest inquiries, complete relevant reporting & checklists including opening and closing/rolling of the hotels systems and uphold the highest standards of service.

Our focus is to provide our team with work life balance (part time or full time hours available) in a supportive work environment with the opportunity to learn new skills and develop your career.

This role is suited to someone seeking a more diverse role, in a boutique hotel with the opportunity to learn new skills.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Completion of daily check list
  • Develop and maintain guest/client relationships
  • Providing our guests  with a positive 'Customer Journey'
  • Take incoming accommodation and restaurant enquiries.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving outstanding issues to ensure repeat business
  • Set up and checking of arrival rooms to ensure that are of the highest standard
  • Provide reporting as requested
  • The ability to work a rotating roster, independently and as part of a team.
