The Opportunity

We're searching for an experienced
Clinical Team Leader
to guide, mentor, and inspire our growing team. This is a leadership role with a reduced clinical caseload, allowing you to combine hands-on client work with shaping the systems, culture, and direction of our practice.

What You'll Be Doing

As Clinical Team Leader, you will:

• Be the first point of call for clinical queries and team support
• Provide supervision (provisional + group), and informal mentoring to the team
• Run monthly clinic meetings and individual check-ins with clinicians
• Guide performance benchmarks, ensuring quality, safe, and effective care
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and induction of new psychologists
• Collaborate with intake team on referrals and client allocations
• Lead quality improvement and clinical governance initiatives
• Organise professional development and training opportunities
• Maintain governance systems, audits, and operational reporting
• Contribute to program development and evaluation strategies
• Co-lead initiatives related to retention, engagement, or referral network
• Balance leadership with a
  reduced clinical caseload

About You

You are a collaborative, compassionate, and experienced clinician who leads with integrity and vision.

• Masters or Doctorate in Clinical Psychology
• Full registration with AHPRA + Clinical Endorsement
• 10+ years of clinical experience in diverse mental health settings
• Strong leadership and team management experience
• Approved Board Supervisor (or willingness to obtain)
• Skilled with high-risk and complex presentations
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Committed to clinical excellence, culture, and client care
• Police Check (within 3 months) + WWCC
