About the role

Our client is a highly-regarded specialist Family Law boutique firm based in Melbourne's CBD. They are seeking a talented and empathetic Lawyer (2 to 5 years' PAE) to join their colllegiate and collaborative team.

As a member of the team, you will:

  • Advise on a range of matters, including complex parenting and financial arrangements, child support, and spousal maintenance
  • Resolve matters through mediation, negotiation, collaborative law, and litigation when required
  • Guide and mentor junior lawyers and help drive the continued growth of the practice

You will have

  • At least 2 years' post-admission experience in family law
  • Strong technical expertise across parenting, property, financial agreements, and litigation
  • A calm, confident, and empathetic approach to client service
  • Experience advising high-net-worth individuals and managing complex asset structures
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
  • Interest in mentoring, leadership, and practice development
