About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated Family Lawyer with 2–5 years post-admission experience (PAE) to join our dedicated family law team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a broad range of family law matters in a supportive environment that encourages professional development and career progression.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse caseload of family law matters, including parenting, property, financial agreements, and divorce applications.
  • Provide high-quality legal advice and representation to clients
  • Draft and review court documents, affidavits, and correspondence
  • Attend mediations, conferences, and court hearings
  • Collaborate with senior lawyers and support staff to achieve the best outcomes for clients
  • Contribute to the firm's growth through excellent client service and relationship building

About You:

  • Admitted as a lawyer in Australia with 2–5 years' PAE in family law
  • Strong technical knowledge of the
    Family Law Act
    and related legislation
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Empathetic and client-focused approach
  • Strong attention to detail and effective time management
