About the role

We're seeking a capable Family Lawyer with solid experience across family disputes to a leading legal firm. You'll run your own matters end-to-end, appear confidently, mentor junior/graduate lawyers, and play a role in shaping our practice as we scale.

What you'll do

  • Manage a varied family law file load, including mediations and negotiated resolutions.
  • Provide strategic, risk-aware advice to clients at every stage of their matter.
  • Prepare high-quality documents: agreements and deeds, briefs, affidavits, and court materials.
  • Advocate for clients in court, and act in conferences, mediations, and settlement discussions.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, high-performance culture and support junior team members.
  • Assist with BD activities and nurture strong, long-term client relationships.

What you'll bring

  • Minimum 2 years PAE
    in family law.
  • Strong advocacy skills and clear, persuasive communication—written and verbal.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical problem-solving capability.
  • Proactive, solutions-focused mindset; comfortable working autonomously and in a team.
  • Mandarin language skills
    are a plus.
