The Role

We are looking for a Family Lawyer with at least 4 years experience to join our team at either our Carlton or Lilydale office. This position involves direct client engagement and a broad range of work including:


• Parenting arrangements;


• Child Support;


• Maintenance;


• Property settlements; and


• Drafting of Consent Orders and Financial Agreements.

About You

To be considered for the role, you will:


• live the firms values of integrity and honesty, professionalism through excellence, respect, accountability, flexibility, team work and commitment;


• have at least four years post admission experience in family law;


• possess strong technical skills in family law;


• demonstrate experience achieving great outcomes for clients;


• enjoy working in and being part of a supportive team;


• possess a positive attitude; and


• be highly organised.
