We are a staircase manufacturing company, and are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Welder to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a reputable company that values quality workmanship, safety and team culture.

You will be involved in a variety of welding and fabrication projects, working with mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium. From structural welding to custom fabrication, no two days will be the same.

Key responsibilities

· Perform MIG, TIG, and Arc welding on various metal components.

· Read and interpret technical drawings and welding symbols.

· Conduct fabrication, cutting, and assembly work as required.

· Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards.

· Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time.

Requirements

· Proven experience as a welder in a workshop or onsite environment.

· Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding techniques.

· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

· Strong attention to detail and safety.

· Trade qualification or relevant welding certifications preferred.

· Current driver's license.
