Yardman / Welder

Total Precast Pty Ltd is seeking a full-time Yardman / Welder to join our team based at our Greenacre facility.

This role involves a mix of yard work, fabrication, and occasional site welding and installation support, contributing to the delivery of our precast and structural projects across Sydney.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of relevant fabrication or welding experience
• MIG and stick welding experience (TIG advantageous)
• Structural steel and light fabrication skills
• Ability to read and interpret workshop drawings
• Competent in the use of hand and power tools
• Forklift licence preferred (not essential)
• EWP ticket preferred (not essential)
• Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work, including lifting, grinding, painting, loading/unloading, and general yard duties
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused

Pay: $35.00 – $45.00 per hour
