About the Role:

We're looking for an experienced Fabricator Welder to join our skilled team in Minto. The ideal candidate will take pride in producing high-quality steel security doors, gates, and related products in a fast-paced but supportive workshop environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fabricate and weld steel security doors, frames, and grilles to specification
  • Read and interpret technical drawings
  • Operate workshop machinery (cutting, grinding, MIG/TIG welding, etc.) safely and efficiently
  • Perform quality checks to ensure all products meet company standards
  • Work both independently and as part of a team to meet production deadlines

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a fabricator/welder (MIG welding essential)
  • Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
  • Own basic tools and current driver's licence preferred
  • Minimum 3-5 years of fabricator/welder experience required
  • Australian citizenship required for this position
