About the Role

As a Manager, you will:


• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice and collaborate directly with Directors


• Mentor, manage, and inspire staff while fostering professional development


• Review and refine internal systems and processes to drive efficiency and progress


• Deliver high-quality tax compliance and strategic advisory services to SMEs and high-net-worth clients


• Play an active role in strategic planning and shaping the firm's future
