Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate day to day operations of group homes including household accounts, staffing costs, and program activities.
  • Initial escalation person for team members on site.
  • Ensure all mandatory reports are provided on time.
  • Drive Supported Independent Living development with team members.
  • Ensure properties are maintained to appropriate standards.

About you

  • Current AHPRA Nursing registration.
  • Experience managing and supervising staff and client outcomes in multiple accommodation settings.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the NDIS, principles of active support and human rights-based approach to service delivery.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient computer literacy in MS Office Suite and online systems.
  • Practical experience in achieving community inclusion.
  • Current NSW Drivers Licence.
