Nurse Next Door is a national home care provider. Our Care Services Team plays a critical role in answering inbound calls, managing client inquiries, and coordinating client and employee schedules from all over Australia.
With the purpose of "Making Lives Better", Nurse Next Door is passionate about making a difference in the lives of the people we serve.
Our Care Services Team is located in our office in Hawthorn, Victoria, and operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
We are currently recruiting for experienced Customer Service Specialists who are available to work on a full time basis working 5 days onsite in our Hawthorn Office.
2 positions available - Shift times include:
- 2pm - 10pm (with weekends and public holidays) - Mon to Fri for training and a view to go Tue-Sat ongoing.
- 2pm - 10pm Mon to Fri (with public holidays)

Requirements- A strong ability to focus on details
- Strong problem-solving skills to fill client schedules both long-term and short term
- Strong computing skills to ensure all essential information is gathered, documented, and properly communicated
- Multitasking client and caregiver inquiries and follow-ups via email and phone
- Holistically engage and listen to the caller to gather essential information to determine the needs
- Represent the Nurse Next Door brand and provide exceptional care and education for prospective clients and their families over the phone
- You love providing exceptional customer service and exceeding customer expectations
- You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- You are process-driven and love following systems
- Interpersonal skills through active listening and compassion to the caller
- Strong computer skills, proficient in G-Suite: Gmail, drive, docs, calendar
- You thrive in a busy environment, and short deadlines don't phase you
- Solution-oriented individual not afraid to ask questions
