About the Role
We're on the hunt for a Customer Solutions Sales Specialist to join our Commercial team.. You will be actively reaching out to potential customers, qualifying leads, driving sales conversions and securing new business opportunities.
You'll be supported by experienced mentors and given the tools to learn, grow, and eventually step into more senior roles. We are looking for someone curious and ready to succeed in their career. We want to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
- Engaging with prospective clients through a mix of outbound calls and responding to inbound sales enquiries, helping to build and qualify a strong sales pipeline.
- Qualifying leads and booking meetings for senior sales team members
- Learning how to identify customer needs and match them with Quest's payment solutions
- Supporting the sales process from first contact through to proposal and close
- Building relationships with key stakeholders and channel partners
- Maintaining accurate records in our CRM and contributing to team sales targets
- Participating in product training and team development sessions
What We're Looking For
We're not expecting years of experience. We're looking for the right attitude and potential. You might be a recent graduate, early in your career, or looking to pivot into fintech sales.
