A Day in the Life

As a member of our Front Office Reception team at our prestigious 5-star resort, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. We're looking for individuals who are proactive, bring a can-do attitude, and consistently deliver service that reflects the highest standards of exceptional hospitality.

Duties include..


•  Check in and check out members

•  Answering and re-direction of calls 

•  Assisting with requests and general enquiries
•  Guest accounts reconciliation

•  Provide exception guest experience

We're looking for


•    Experience in a 4-5-star hotel or resort

•    Opera knowledge would be an advantage

•    A desire to deliver a high level of customer service

•    Team player and works well under pressure

•    Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster
