The Role

As our Junior Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, playing a crucial role in delivering a seamless and positive experience. This role will require you to contribute approximately 25 hrs per fortnight (working Wednesdays on alternating weeks), where your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering a warm and welcoming experience to all patients, ensuring every visit is positive and memorable.
• Scheduling appointments and managing bookings.
• Ensuring the reception and waiting area is clean and tidy.
• Supporting our clinicians during consultations and procedures to enhance patient care and clinic efficiency.
• Handling patient records, billing, payments, and other essential administrative tasks.

What We're Looking For

• Full Australian Working Rights with no restrictions.
• Experience in an allied healthcare or medical setting is highly regarded but not essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (experience with booking systems highly regarded)
• A proactive and positive attitude, with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.​
