About Us

At Peter Kittle Toyota we sell and service vehicles and automotive parts and accessories whilst priding ourselves on our exceptional guest service. Currently we have an opportunity for an enthusiastic, multi-skilled Receptionist to join our team in Port Lincoln, working part-time - 2.5 days per week.

Primary responsibilities will include all things Reception including:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for all our guests/visitors
  • Managing a high-volume, multi-line phone system including calls from interstate
  • Ensuring the presentation of the front office/showroom
  • Maintaining office consumables & supplies
  • Assisting our service dept to coordinate service bookings
  • Assisting with social media tasks – posting updates on Facebook, Instagram, etc
  • Various admin tasks for our sales, service, and parts departments

To be successful you will possess:

  • A professional telephone manner & presentation
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong administrative background/knowledge
  • Organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy, multi-task workload
  • Be computer savvy
