About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Receptionist/Administration Assistant to join our team at M R Hibbert & Associates Pty Ltd in Mount Eliza, VIC. This full-time role will see you providing high-quality administrative and front-of-house support to our growing business.

What you'll be doing

  • Greeting and welcoming clients, visitors and other stakeholders to our office in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answering and directing incoming telephone calls with exceptional customer service
  • Providing general administrative support including filing, data entry, photocopying, handling of daily mail and managing the office supply inventory
  • Assisting with the coordination of client appointments and schedules
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Performing other ad-hoc administrative duties as required to support the smooth running of the office

What we're looking for

  • At least 2 years of experience working as a Receptionist or Administration Assistant in a professional office environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
  • Proficiency in using standard office software such as Microsoft Office suite
  • A friendly, customer-focused attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional service
