ABOUT THE ROLE

We're seeking a driven and experienced Business Manager to deliver strong Finance and Insurance results. Confident and motivated, you'll play a key role in shaping dealership sales around financial products and helping customers find the right solutions.

As part of a high-performing Sales team, you'll generate business from both new and existing customers, achieving sales targets while cross-selling a range of finance and insurance options. Your focus will be on building long-term client relationships and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

As a Business Manager, you'll:

  • Work collaboratively with the Sales teams to close deals
  • Provide competitive Finance and Insurance solutions to our customers
  • Generate sales from warm and hot internet leads
  • Build and maintain effective customer relationships
  • Work across our array of lenders to find solutions for our customers
  • Ensuring the full cycle of the application process is completed correctly and in a timely manner
  • Clear communication with the sales team regarding applications and their outcome

YOU

  • Professional presentation and reliability
  • Strong numeracy skills
  • Strong work ethic and time management skills
  • Naturally comfortable with negotiating with customers
  • Sound computer knowledge and strong experience using Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • FSRA compliant
  • NSW drivers licence
  • Flexible and able to work on weekends
  • Automotive Finance & Insurance sales experience and advantage but not essential
