Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Lindfield, NSW, with some work from home acceptable. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, developing and implementing sales strategies, and meeting sales targets. You will also be expected to collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns, present proposals to potential clients, and represent the company at industry events.

Qualifications

  • Business development skills, including identifying new business opportunities and building client relationships
  • Experience in market research and developing sales strategies
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with sales targets and developing marketing campaigns
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the property market or real estate industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
