About the Role

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Account Manager
 to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, handling renewals, quoting, cross-selling policies, and providing expert insurance advice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial and personal insurance clients
  • Conduct client reviews, need assessments, and provide tailored insurance solutions
  • Prepare and negotiate insurance renewals and quotes with underwriters
  • Provide claims support and follow-up to ensure timely resolution
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and internal teams
  • Stay up to date with insurance market trends, policy changes, and compliance regulations

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an account management or insurance advisory role
  • Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification (or equivalent)
  • Strong understanding of general insurance products and underwriting principles
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Proficient in broker management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
