We're looking for a Customer Success and Admin Coordinator to join our Melbourne team and help bring our campaigns, partnerships, PR activity, and social channels to life.
Reporting to the Commercial Finance Manager you'll champion the customer and process efficiency across the business. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role for someone who's highly organised, enjoys building and delivering efficient admin and process, and wants to see their work have a positive impact.
What you'll be doing
- Customer service support across global markets.
- Facilitating and improving administrative process for credits and returns, business expenses and payment receipts
- First person to answer phones, assist with walk in sales and reception
- Organizing 1% for the Planet team activities and social activities
- Manage and support the facilities management of the office space
- Operations assistance raising supplier invoices and ad hoc bookkeeping tasks
What you'll bring
- 1–3 years' experience in customer service.
- Experience in Hubspot, Cin7 and Xero and advantage.
- Strong administrative skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
- A hold and solve, solutions-focused approach and sharp attention to detail.
