Lead Service Manager

This key leadership role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on children's lives by leading our services and fostering fun, innovative and remarkable experiences.

The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, confident interpersonal skills and a can-do attitude. They will be able to build relationships with schools, manage and roster a team of passionate educators, manage compliance and medical documentation, and be the glue that connects us with the school community.

As a Director of Service, you will enjoy autonomy and creative freedom to plan enriching experiences for children, foster fun relationships with families that connect, inspire and delight, and contribute to the growth and development of TeamKids as an Employer of Choice in the OSHC industry.

Requirements

Strong leadership and management skills are essential for this role, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a results-driven approach and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Additionally, you should have experience in managing teams, building relationships with schools and external partners, and developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth.
