TODS Mandurah iconic waterfront venue, is seeking forward thinking, proactive, friendly, fast paced, driven, kitchen team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of quality menus that reflect creativity and culinary excellence
  • Ensure food preparation meets health, safety, and hygiene standards
  • Manage kitchen inventory, stock control, and food costs
  • Assist in leading and training kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and productive environment
  • Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of dishes
  • Stay current with food trends and bring fresh ideas to menu creation

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Chef
  • Hospitality Diploma or equivalent work experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Passion for food and commitment to excellence
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of kitchen operations, budgeting, and food safety standards
