Sharky's Mandurah is looking for a talented and motivated Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie to join our energetic team at one of Mandurah's favourite institutions.

About the role

You'll work closely with the Head Chef to help lead kitchen operations, maintain high food standards, and ensure every plate that leaves the pass reflects the Sharky's quality our guests know and love.

You'll also mentor junior chefs, assist with menu development, stock control, and uphold kitchen cleanliness and safety standards.

About you

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in a busy restaurant or café kitchen (minimum 2–3 years in a similar role)
  • Passionate about fresh, quality food and efficient service
  • A natural leader who sets the tone for teamwork and professionalism
  • Reliable, organised, and calm under pressure
  • Holds current Food Safety certification
