Charlies BBQ is an American burger and BBQ establishment located in Connolly and we are on the hunt for the next Legend to join our fun & friendly team

90% of our menu is made in house, we are a high-end chef inspired food offering.

We are seeking passionate and experienced Chef's or experienced Cook's to assist our head chef with the daily operations of the kitchen, to grow with us and be a part of our expansion as a business for the long haul.

Role to be filled

3 years experience with a passion & personality as well as skill

Full Availability across Tuesday to Sunday

Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies

Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)

Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff

Answer, report and follow owner & head chef's instructions

Clean up station and take care of leftover food

Stock inventory appropriately, ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion

Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards

Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers

Full-time contracts and wage negotiation available dependent on experience and performance.
