About the role

We are seeking a motivated Bottle Shop Attendant to join our dynamic Grain Cru' team , WA store. This is a casual role that requires a WA Manager's Card. You will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth running of our bottle shop.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service to our customers
  • Assisting with stocking and merchandising the bottle shop displays
  • Operating the cash register and reconciling daily sales
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the bottle shop
  • Ensuring all products are properly stored and rotated
  • Adhering to all relevant licensing laws and regulations
  • Supporting the store manager with other retail duties as required

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience working in a bottle shop or retail environment
  • Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable manner
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately
  • Good numeracy skills and experience with cash handling
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work as part of a team
  • A current WA Manager's Card or the ability to obtain one
