We are currently seeking an experienced and professional Bottle Service Attendant to join our team and provide a premium, high-end service to our VIP clientele. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who are confident behind the bar, skilled in cocktail preparation, and excel at building genuine connections with customers.

About the Role

As a Bottle Service Attendant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service in a high-energy, fast-paced venue. This position combines traditional bartending with dedicated VIP table service, requiring strong product knowledge, excellent service standards, and the ability to engage confidently with guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide attentive and professional bottle service to VIP guests
  • Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, mixed drinks, and beverages with consistency and efficiency
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of spirits, mixers, garnishes, and drink presentation
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and fully stocked bar area at all times
  • Operate H&L POS systems and handle transactions accurately
  • Build rapport with customers, creating a welcoming and personalised service experience
  • Proactively manage customer needs, respond to requests promptly, and handle any issues with professionalism
  • Work collaboratively with the bar and floor teams to maintain a smooth and efficient service environment

Requirements

  • Current RSA Certificate (Responsible Service of Alcohol)
  • Fluent English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced bar environment
  • Minimum 1 year of cocktail-making and bartending experience
  • Solid knowledge of drink preparation, presentation, and bar hygiene standards
  • Availability to work Friday and Saturday nights (essential)
  • Valid Australian work rights
  • Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a professional appearance
  • Positive attitude, team-focused, and a genuine passion for customer service
