Workpower is growing and we're hiring Recycling Attendants across Balcatta, Mindarie and South Perth.

If you enjoy physical work, working with machinery, and the idea of supporting your community and the planet – we want to hear from you


What You'll Be Doing:

You'll play a key role in delivering essential recycling and waste recovery services, including:

  • Operating trucks, excavators, and other machinery
  • Assisting with verge collections, fridge degassing and reuse shop work
  • Delivering friendly customer service
  • Sorting and processing recyclables
  • Keeping the site clean, safe and customer-friendly

What We're Looking For:

You'll thrive in this role if you:

  • Have experience using mobile equipment (excavators, forklifts, compactors – training available)
  • Hold a valid driver's licence (HR is a bonus)
  • Enjoy practical, physical work in an outdoor setting
  • Have a safety-first mindset and work well in diverse teams (including people with disability)

You'll Need:

Required:

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Driver's licence (HR highly regarded)
  • National Police Clearance

Nice to Have:

  • HR Driver's Licence
  • Forklift Licence (HRWL) and/or Mobile equipment experience
