Emirates Leisure Retail  Australia New Zealand (ELRANZ) operates over 30 venues across 6 Airports in the region. These include the fresh and vibrant 100 Miles (ADL), the Italian inspired pasta bar Gusto (MEL & SYD) and our own café brand BARista (PER & SYD). THIS ROLE/LOCATION

We are currently looking for enthusiastic Food and Beverage Attendants /Store Persons who are dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences at our remarkable venues situated at Perth Airport, including Little Creatures, East X West, BARista, CJ's Bagel CO. and others. Successful applicants must be able to work on a 7-day rotating roster, which includes weekends and public holidays.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (but not limited to)

• Serve our valued guests with enthusiasm
• Providing table service and taking orders
• Serve cocktails, beers and world class wines and spirits
• Making barista quality coffee (training provided)
• Receiving and storing general and perishable goods, while keeping the store area clean and tidy at all times
• All whilst following ELRA policies, guidelines and procedures

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Understand and practice Food Safety at all times, as defined by the company Food Control Plan
• Adheres to Responsible Service of Alcohol standards (for licensed venues)
• Ensures full compliance to uniform & grooming standards every shift.
• Completes all on-line training and reads all notices published on Deputy & Employment Hero
• Previous experience as a Front of House team member or in a customer service related role preferred but not essential (training provided)
• Capability for heavy lifting and safely performing physical tasks
• A keen focus on quality every time
