At "Liberty Brocklehurst Roadhouse & diners", we are looking for an experienced and qualified Chef to join our friendly team. The Ideal Candidate will be passionate, reliable and enthusiastic about ensuring the highest standards of food preparation, presentation and service is upheld at all times.
Your duties include but not limited to:
· Become a part of one of the Roadhouse Restaurant in NSW.
· Set up the kitchen with cooking utensils and equipment, like knives, pans and kitchen scales
· Work with top-quality produce and international ingredients
· Ability to innovate and come up with creative ideas
· To prepare and cook according to our recipes.
· Ensure appealing plate presentation
· To work as a team
· Maintenance and cleanliness of Kitchen equipment
· Preparing and Storing food in accordance with hygiene legislation
· Working in a team environment, ensuring timely service and a high standard of presentation of our products
Skills and Experience:
· At least 2 years of relevant experience
· Applicants with cookery qualifications highly regarded
· Ability to work in fast paced environment and be confident in busy service
· Sound understanding of food hygiene
· Flexible working hours as the position will require evening work including weekends
This is a full-time role with Annual Salary of $77,000 + Super. If you have the required skills, please forward your resume.
