Our management encompasses Freehold Going Concern or Lease owned by Redhill Hospitality, and we sometimes manage motels owned by other groups that align with our corporate strategy. We see the poor management and underinvestment in the sector as an opportunity for improvement and growth.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chef based in Dubbo, NSW. The Chef will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals, designing menus, ensuring food quality and safety standards, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen. The Chef will also work closely with management to ensure efficient kitchen operations and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in preparing and cooking meals, and designing menus
- Strong knowledge of food quality and safety standards
- Skills in managing kitchen staff and ordering supplies
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and ensure kitchen cleanliness
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Culinary certification or relevant qualification is beneficial
