Skills and Experience Required

  • Trade qualification in commercial cookery
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Japanese cuisine, with proven skills in sushi, sashimi and broader Japanese menu preparation
  • Excellent knife skills, strong organisation, and professional presentation, with the confidence to work in an open kitchen environment
  • Strong leadership, training and communication skills to motivate and develop the kitchen team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
