We have multiple temporary positions available within their Customer Care/Admin Support team duraing a busy peak period , located in Brisbane City working full time hours.
The Position:
These roles have an admin focus and are responsible for supporting the tracking and tracing of shipments. You will provide exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders. You will process requests inbound and outbound from around the world to help resolve traces or to update contact information to ensure accurate deliveries.
To be successful in the role we are seeking vibrant, energetic, and fun-loving people to join our team who possess the following attributes:
- Previous administrative processing experience and a genuine passion for service excellence
- Excellent telephone manner with strong verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Fantastic problem solving skills
- Sound computer skills
- High levels of reliability and accountability
- Can-Do attitude
Details:
- Commence 13 October 2025
- Minimum commitment required until 31 December 2025 with strong chances of extension and/or permanent positions.
- Brisbane CBD location
- Hours anywhere between 7.00am - 6.00pm Monday to Friday
- Overtime available at times
- $43.25/hr + Super
- 40% Work from home after a qualifying period
