The Opportunity

As the Sales Administration Officer for this business in Brisbane's eastern suburbs, you will be a key point of contact for customers — responding to sales enquiries, processing orders accurately and ensuring each interaction leaves a positive impression.

You will also have the chance to strengthen client relationships and play a direct role in encouraging repeat business as the business works towards new growth in 2026.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Preparing quotes and finalising online sales orders
  • Uploading and maintaining accurate customer details and sales records
  • Handling enquiries and resolving feedback with professionalism and care
  • Managing email and phone communication with confidence
  • Ensuring data entry and record-keeping is accurate and up to date

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a customer service, sales support or client accounts role
  • Strong phone and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Solid admin and technical skills to manage online orders and data
  • A reliable team player who thrives in a supportive, fast-paced environment
  • Car and drivers licence to drive to and from the office
