As we continue to grow, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Production Coordinator
to join our team.

The Role

This role is central to keeping our production and supply chain running smoothly.

You'll work directly within the production team in warehousing, client logistics, quality assurance, supply chain ordering to ensure the highest standards, you'll be across every detail.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Support product development around prototyping, custom furniture projects and quality.
  • Oversee the production of the Grazia & Co furniture range.
  • Carry out quality control checks, including powder-coat finishes.
  • Warehousing: clean, organised, and stocked with components and hardware.
  • Manage orders for furniture parts components.
  • Coordinate deliveries, ETAs, site measures, and technical installations.
  • Ensure delivery dockets are accurate and support product photography when needed.

Required Skills

To be successful in this role, you will be a detail-oriented and proactive team player with strong communication skills (ideally with experience in logistics or manufacturing) supporting our operations from order through to delivery.

  • Hands-on experience in logistics, furniture, manufacturing, or design industries.
  • Must hold a valid Australian driver's licence and be able to travel to our Highett warehouse Monday to Friday.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable interpreting customer orders and technical specifications.
  • Excellent organisational and follow-up skills.
  • Confident communicator, able to build relationships with suppliers and production partners.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Excel (and happy to learn new systems).
  • Warehouse experience would be a bonus.
